Soundcraft Signature Plus 16

Are you looking for a compact analog mixing console for live performances, the studio, and streaming that combines high-quality audio processing, professional monitoring features, and modern USB-C connectivity? The Soundcraft Signature Plus 16 is a 16-channel analog mixing console from the new Signature Plus series and was designed as a logical evolution of the proven Signature series.

Featuring Ghost microphone preamps, musical Sapphyre EQ, dbx one-knob compressors, and an exclusive Lexicon hardware effects processor, the Soundcraft Signature Plus 16 offers versatile features for a wide range of audio applications. Whether for live mixing, rehearsal spaces, recording, streaming, or mobile setups, this mixing console provides a direct analog workflow with practical features.

16-channel analog mixing console from the Signature Plus series

The Soundcraft Signature Plus 16 provides 16 channels, making it suitable for setups with multiple microphones, instruments, playback devices, or external signal sources. The number of channels offers sufficient flexibility for bands, small- to medium-sized stage productions, studios, and content production.

The Signature Plus Series combines classic analog operation with modern enhancements. This allows signals to be captured quickly, processed directly, and output flexibly, while also supporting USB-C recording and playback at up to 192 kHz.

Ghost Microphone Preamplifiers and Sapphyre EQ

The input channels of the Soundcraft Signature Plus 16 are equipped with the renowned Ghost microphone preamps. These are designed for powerful sound and excellent signal-to-noise ratio. This allows vocals, instruments, and other sources to be amplified cleanly and integrated into the mix with precision.

The proven Sapphyre EQ design is used for tone control. The EQ is musically tuned and allows for intuitive signal processing. This makes it easy to quickly adjust individual channels, position them in the mix, and tailor them to stage, studio, or streaming environments.

dbx Compressors and Lexicon Effects Processor

For dynamic processing, the Soundcraft Signature Plus 16 features dbx One-Knob compressors. These enable fast compression via a single control and also support harmonic enrichment. Flexible TRS insert points expand the processing options in the signal path.

An exclusive Lexicon hardware effects processor is also integrated. With the Store function and Tap Tempo, effects can be saved and timed precisely. This makes professional effects capabilities available directly on the mixing console, eliminating the need for external effects units.

USB-C, Monitoring, and Professional Control

The Soundcraft Signature Plus 16 features a 4x4 USB-C interface with a sample rate of up to 192 kHz. This makes the mixer suitable for recording and playback with a laptop or mobile device. The interface bridges the gap between the analog mixing console workflow and modern production and streaming requirements.

For professional monitoring, SSM level meters, a list bus, and talkback are available. Headphone and control room outputs with mute, dim, and mono sum support controlled monitoring and flexible workflows for live mixing, studio recording, and streaming productions.

Flexible Aux Channels and Compact Design

With 4 aux sends, including Mix to Aux, the Soundcraft Signature Plus offers 16 additional options for monitor sends, effects sends, or separate mixes. This allows the console to be adapted to various applications while remaining easy to operate.

The dimensions are 438 mm wide, 535 mm deep, and 106 mm high. It weighs 7.8 kg. Rack-ear brackets are included and allow for seamless integration into compatible setups.
